Hi, I'm Francesca - the maker and dreamer behind Sol & Berries Candles Studio.

It all began in December 2024, during a quiet weekend when I was looking for a new experience to share with my boyfriend. That day, we melted our very first candle here in London. My boyfriend had a blocked nose and couldn’t quite smell the fragrance, but it sparked an idea to create something meaningful for us. Candles, after all, bring warmth and tranquillity into homes across the world. We believe they are more than just décor; they are vessels for peace, connection, and cherished moments.


Our name, Sol & Berries, carries our story within it. 'Sol' comes from our beloved cocker spaniel, now 10 years old and the most precious treasure in our lives. 'Berries' reflects my boyfriend’s passion for the Japanese manga One Piece, where berries symbolise wealth and exchange. To us, candles are like a universal currency, a way of sharing comfort, joy, and light.

You’re supporting late nights, early mornings, hand-packed boxes, and dreams that refused to die. You’re supporting a woman who took a risk, chased a passion, and built something from the ground up.
