Refund policy
At SOL & BERRIES Candles Studio, we’re a small independent business and every order is prepared with great care. Because our candles are hand-made, there may be very slight variations in appearance or fragrance, that’s part of their charm.
We always want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.
CHANGE YOUR MIND?
If you no longer want your item, you can request a refund or exchange provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- You return the item to us within a further 14 days
Please note
As a small business, we’re unable to cover return postage costs for items that are simply unwanted.
DAMAGED or FAULTY ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please let us know straight away by emailing info@solberries.studio (ideally with a photo). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return postage if required.
HOW TO RETURN
To begin a return, contact us at info@solberries.studio with your order details. We recommend using a trackable postal service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Please make sure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during the return journey, as items that arrive damaged may not be eligible for a refund.
REFOUNDS
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll confirm whether a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
